Orders may generally be modified or cancelled before the applicable daily cutoff time. Once preparation, processing, packing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for perishable products.
Refunds or replacements may be considered for verified cases including damaged products, spoiled products, wrong products, missing products, expired products, tampered packaging or material quality issues.
Milk, eggs, meat, fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, frozen foods and opened products are generally non-refundable because of their perishable or consumable nature, except where a valid quality/fulfilment issue is verified or a refund is required by applicable law.
Customers should report product or delivery issues on the same day of delivery or within the reporting period communicated on the Platform. Photographs, videos, order details or other reasonable evidence may be requested.
Approved refunds may be credited to Sahaja Wallet or the original payment source, as applicable. Refunds to the original payment source may take approximately 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
Note: Refunds to digital wallets or original online payment sources apply when those payment features are available on the platform.
Where delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, unreachable customer, restricted access, unsafe conditions or repeated failed attempts, refund eligibility may be affected, especially for perishable products.
