Welcome to Sahaja Herbal Farms, a brand operated by Sahaja Foods ("Sahaja Foods", "Sahaja Herbal Farms", "Sahaja", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sahaja website, mobile applications, products, subscriptions, delivery services, wallet services, memberships, promotions and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must generally be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Where permitted by applicable law, a person below 18 may use the Platform under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and current information, protect your account credentials, and accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account. Sahaja Foods may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, fake orders, abuse of offers, excessive or abusive refund claims, misuse of subscriptions or wallet services, unauthorized commercial activity, illegal activity, or other material violations.
Sahaja Herbal Farms may offer farm-fresh eggs; chicken, meat and poultry; milk and dairy products; fruits and vegetables; groceries; organic and natural groceries; healthy foods; millet products; herbal and natural products; subscription-based deliveries; memberships; wallet services; and other products or services introduced through the Platform. Availability may vary by location, season, demand, stock, farm supply, weather and operational conditions.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, weights, sizes and prices. Natural farm products may vary in size, colour, shape, texture, appearance and weight. Product images are for representation and identification and may not exactly match the delivered product.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, delivery fees, platform fees or other charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. Prices may change due to market conditions, supplier pricing, seasonal fluctuations, farm supply, product availability or operational costs. Payments may be processed through approved payment providers, including Razorpay or other providers made available on the Platform. Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Note: Online payments are a planned feature and these terms apply when available on the platform.
Orders placed before an applicable cutoff time may be processed for the relevant delivery schedule, including next-day delivery where available. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Sahaja Foods may cancel, refuse, limit or modify an order due to product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, serviceability limitations, suspected fraud, suspicious transactions, bulk or unauthorized reseller activity, operational constraints or force majeure events.
Delivery is available only in selected serviceable locations. Delivery slots and timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, festivals, high demand, logistics disruptions, farm supply, operational issues, government restrictions, emergencies, technical failures or force majeure events. Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details and reasonably cooperate with delivery personnel.
Because many Sahaja products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. Refunds or replacements may be considered for verified issues including damaged, spoiled, wrong, missing or expired products, tampered packaging or material quality issues. Customers should report such issues on the same day of delivery or within the reporting period stated on the Platform and may be asked for reasonable evidence.
Sahaja Foods may offer monthly, quarterly and annual memberships, free trials, free-delivery plans, recurring subscriptions, scheduled deliveries and auto-renewing plans. Benefits may include free delivery, priority delivery, exclusive offers, cashback or early access. Users may pause, modify or cancel subscriptions subject to the applicable plan. Subscription and membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated.
These terms apply when subscription or membership plans are offered through the Sahaja platform.
Sahaja Wallet may be used for eligible purchases. Users may add funds using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and approved payment providers. Wallet balances are generally non-transferable and cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash, subject to applicable law. Promotional credits may have expiry dates and specific conditions. Sahaja Foods may freeze balances or suspend accounts where fraud, unauthorized transactions, abuse or misuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
Sahaja Wallet is a planned platform feature. These terms apply when Sahaja Wallet is made available to users.
Sahaja Foods may offer discounts, coupons, cashback, referral rewards, wallet credits, loyalty rewards, competitions and special promotions. Each offer may have separate eligibility, validity, product, location, minimum-order and usage conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
These terms apply when promotional, referral or loyalty programs are offered through the Sahaja platform.
You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes; create fake or fraudulent orders; abuse refunds or cancellations; threaten or harass employees or delivery personnel; upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content; attempt unauthorized access; hack or interfere with Platform systems; use bots, scrapers or automated tools without authorization; commercially resell products without authorization; or manipulate promotions, referrals, subscriptions or wallet services.
You remain responsible for reviews, ratings, comments, photographs and other content submitted through the Platform. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, infringing, offensive or harmful content. Sahaja Foods may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All Sahaja Foods and Sahaja Herbal Farms trademarks, logos, product images, videos, graphics, designs, software, text, product descriptions and other Platform content are owned by Sahaja Foods or licensed to it and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation. Natural product variations are expected. We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate Platform information but do not guarantee that every description, image, price or other content will always be completely error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sahaja Foods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform or purchase of products. This includes losses resulting from business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, delivery delays, service interruptions, third-party payment failures or improper storage, preparation, handling or misuse after delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sahaja Foods, Sahaja Herbal Farms, its founders, directors, employees, delivery personnel, affiliates and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent activity, unauthorized account use or third-party disputes caused by your actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Sahaja Foods may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
